My name is Stuart Clarke and as part of my job, i travel to Jersey on regular occasions to represent my company and do my job as a financial advisor. I find myself in the small sunny island more than 4 times a month which means i have stayed and dined at many different places. This is why i thought i would share my experiences with other regular Jersey business travellers or even people who are just interested in what Jersey has to offer. So when you have time to release yourself from your very busy schedules, you can enjoy a lavish meal and stay in some of the most wonderful hotels Jersey has to offer which will make your time on the beautiful island that little bit more special.

Modern Mimosa

Between business meetings I had time to go for a drink and grab a bite to eat. I was in the town of St Helier and thought it might be a good idea to try out the new bar at Liberty Warf called Mimosa. I thought it would make a nice change from my recent trip and decided to take the modern approach on brunch. The place was extremely modern with magnificent furnishings and beautiful lights to compliment the mood of the classy bar. I mainly pictured a place for business functions and afternoon tea but it turns out the place has more to offer. In the evening Mimosa presents itself as a modern nightclub inviting ages 21 and over which gives the club a grown up atmosphere. There is also a fabulous terrace to chill out on which lets you have a picturesque view of Jerseys harbour and watch the sunset go down with a loved one.
