My name is Stuart Clarke and as part of my job, i travel to Jersey on regular occasions to represent my company and do my job as a financial advisor. I find myself in the small sunny island more than 4 times a month which means i have stayed and dined at many different places. This is why i thought i would share my experiences with other regular Jersey business travellers or even people who are just interested in what Jersey has to offer. So when you have time to release yourself from your very busy schedules, you can enjoy a lavish meal and stay in some of the most wonderful hotels Jersey has to offer which will make your time on the beautiful island that little bit more special.

Luxurious Longueville

12th December 2010
I haven't been to Jersey for a while because of work being quiet, but an opportunity arose at the start of the year when work picked me to represent them at a large function. I couldn’t have been accommodated any better, Longueville Manor. With the 14th-century manor being placed just outside of town in a fairly quiet area surrounded by gardens, there was nothing better I could think of. The suite I was placed in was one of the cheapest there but the look of it would only scream class. Head to toe in beige and golden tones with a king-size posted bed and a rather large flat screen TV placed perfectly (Such a same I couldn’t watch it!) The weekend flew past due to 3 long conferences and business meetings but there was just enough time to dine in the highly rated Longueville restaurant. Even for me, I felt like a fish out of water. The place was extremely classy, now I knew why it was so highly rated!

My verdict
*****
